Based on ASB Industries involvement since 1996 license we have gained worldwide recognition in the development of the Cold Spray process equipment and material property investigation. Over the years ASB has worked with other competent organizations to develop controls, nozzle design and nozzle materials and the infrastructure to run the equipment properly and efficiently. During earlier development of the high pressure cold spray systems the reputation to optimize coating properties was known to use large amounts of Helium process gas which requires a large investment and expensive consumable gas in comparison to nitrogen.
CGT along with Linde Corporation have developed a high quality production system with many available options that allow equipment performance updates. Through the many years of development, CGT and Linde initiated ASB Industries to represent CGT equipment sales in North America based on technical knowledge to properly represent high quality equipment.
