As a turnkey supplier, ASB evaluates component conditions to provide a single or variety of processing options based on operating conditions and materials. HVOF (pictured) provides the most wear resistant carbide coating. Typical material mix is 83% to 88% Tungsten Carbide. Other processes produce ceramic and other alloy surfaces with unique qualities to enhance performance-in many cases very dramatic.
