Whether the part is new or being reworked, ASB Industries will document critical criteria and compare to existing documents and data. If the part is to be remanufactured ASB will detail surface wear to identify the best possible combination of processing including an engineered thermal spray surfacing system. Once processing has begun there is documentation of all processing specific to each project with a traceable identification number with long term storage for future reference. Upon completion of each project thermal spray coupons and work code data is placed with each record.
