The thermal spray process being shown is powder combustion thermal spray and work can be easily performed in a variety of maintenance outage situations. ASB Industries will discuss current operating issues and consider material, temperatures and the chemical environment for thermal spray/non-sticking material selection. ASB offers these on-site services to fit within planned and emergency outages. Once work is completed, ASB will monitor coating performance and continue to advise customer of any wear issues and possible enhancements.
